Adv. Nidhi Shah is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, and has a keen interest in criminal litigation and cyber laws, with a passion for simplifying the law for the public. At Mahagan Legal, she leads our cyber law consultancy, legal drafting services, and also actively handles litigation support, assisting clients in navigating criminal matters with practical legal insight. She also serves as the Legal Head at Cyber Secured India, where she drives legal research and awareness initiatives around privacy, cybersecurity, and technology law.
Adv. Devanshi Sanghavi is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, and has a focused interest in intellectual property rights, cyber law, contract advisory, and arbitration. At Mahagan Legal, she leads our IPR registration services and legal drafting vertical, assisting individuals, creators, and businesses in protecting their intellectual property, managing non-litigation legal requirements, and supporting clients in contractual and arbitration-related matters.
